We follow a complete production process starting from the technical drawing and ending with the production of the finished component. We provide our customers with a comprehensive service that covers all stages of processing, ensuring the highest quality and precision at every step.

The process begins with athorough analysis of the technical drawing provided by the customer, this allows us to carefully plan the entire production process and offer a customized solution.

Once the analysis is complete, we move on to the programming phase. Our programmers use advanced software to create specific machining programs for our CNC lathes.

Next, we move on to the actual processing stage. Our highly trained operators carefully supervise the process, monitoring the correct execution of the work and ensuring that each step is carried out with precision.

Once processing is complete, the component moves on to the quality control stage. Our qualified inspectors perform a series of tests and measurements to verify that the required specifications have been met. We use precision measuring instruments and carefully check every detail to ensure that the component meets the customer’s expectations.

Finally, once the component passes quality control, it undergoes special finishes, such as galvanizing, painting, chrome plating, or other surface processing required by the project. These finishes add strength, aesthetics and protection to the component, ensuring that it is ready to be used in its final application.
